Slow cooked roast top rib of Beef, sage and onion stuffing,  thyme and garlic roast potatoes, creamed mash, Yorkshire pudding, season vegetables, red wine jus.

Roast spring Lamb, creamed mash, seasonal vegetables, thyme and garlic roast potatoes,  rosemary and garlic jus, 

Bread and butter pudding, creme anglaise 

Baileys cheesecake, ginger biscuit, Berry compote
